1 · About us
LOGN is an online store at logn.co.za, offering home fragrance and bath and body products. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Socialsmith (Pty) Ltd, trading as LOGN, and “you” refers to the person using our website or placing an order. You can reach us at info@logn.co.za.
2 · Agreement to these terms
By browsing logn.co.za or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, so please read them each time you shop.
3 · Who may order
You may place an order if you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering, you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and complete.
4 · Our products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Because screens vary and our products are made in small batches, slight differences in colour, scent strength and appearance are natural and not a fault. All products are subject to availability.
5 · Prices
All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay, so you always see the full cost before confirming. We take care with pricing, but if a genuine error occurs we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
6 · Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A binding sale is concluded once we accept and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment already made.
7 · Payment
Payment is processed securely through Yoco at the time of your order. We never see or store your full card details.
8 · Delivery
We deliver within South Africa. Any delivery timeframes we give are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provide. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
9 · Returns, refunds and your cooling-off right
Our Return & Refund Policy explains how returns work. In addition, for online purchases you have a cooling-off right: you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and return them for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened bath and body products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Where you cancel under the cooling-off right, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
10 · Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
11 · Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us at info@logn.co.za within 7 days with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
12 · Using our products safely
Our body products are made to be gentle, but skin differs — please read the ingredients and patch-test before first use. Follow the care and safety guidance provided with candles and diffusers. We can't be held responsible for harm resulting from use that ignores that guidance.
13 · Intellectual property
Everything on logn.co.za — our name, logo, copy, images and designs — belongs to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
14 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. This does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15 · Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
16 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
17 · Changes and contact
